of contrast agents and prophylaxis. 2. Assess patients before intervention and provide

optimal preoperative management of conditions that increase procedural risk, such as coagulopathy, infection, and allergies. 3. Perform a directed physical examination of a patient with peripheral vascular disease. 4. Provide care for chronic indwelling drainage catheters and associated complications. 5. Recognize and treat intra-procedural emergencies.
