HBS designs and manufactures a wide range of high-quality, space-efficient plating and processing tanks for decorative, functional, electronic, and laboratory applications. The tanks are available in both open and fully enclosed configurations and can be custom built to any size in a wide variety of materials including polypropylene, stainless steel, lined steel, mild steel, molded polyethylene, and free-standing doubleboiler-type tanks for electroless nickel. Tanks may be specified stand-alone or with options including anode/cathode rods, power supplies, heaters, thermostats, heater fail-safe controls, filter pump assemblies, agitators, air spargers, exhaust hoods, and weir overflows and spray harness assemblies for rinse applications. Complete plating and processing systems (shown) are available with a variety of hoist and system capabilities.
Iraseal 200 is a 100% solids, sprayable polyurea coating system that provides exceptional hydrolytic stability in long-term immersion conditions and excellent resistance to moderately concentrated acid and alkali slurries and aqueous solutions. It bonds effectively to all common substrates and can be applied directly to the substrate without the use of primers or sealers. It is a thixotropic formulation that can be used on vertical or overhead surfaces without running or sagging. The high elongation and flexibility make it ideal for sealing and protecting concrete and other substrates prone to cracking and movement. It produces a smooth, seamless surface that will not hamper the flow of materials, is easy to clean, and provides passive resistance to organic marine growth.

Mesa West manufactures all sizes of custom plastic and metal tanks. Polypropylene plating tanks and modules are constructed of the finest quality stress-relieved polypropylene plastic (white, natural, blue, and fire-retardant) using inert gas throughout the welding process. All metal tanks are subject to the highest quality standards and can be provided with plastic or rubber linings. Specialty tanks for electroless nickel, gold, anodizing, sealing, semiconductors, and microelectronics are also available. All tanks can be provided with stands, frames, fittings, setdown bars, and a variety of other accessories upon request.
Called pillow tanks in the trade, these have many uses including on-site spill containment of hazardous materials, fire water storage, and temporary or permanent storage of liquids including potable water. They are made of reinforced PVCs and reinforced polyurethanes and are available in sizes from 100 to 50,000 gallons. When empty, they can be transported and deployed where needed.
