T a b l e G - l gives the peak function f2(xr, ), which is related to the response function J 2(x’) by E q . (4.5-14). H e r e x’ = l o g 10 COT W, is the lognormal distribution parameter and xm is the most probable relaxation time. T h e tabulated function f2(x\ ) is normalized to a peak value of 1.00 by dividing b y / 2 ( 0 , ). T a b l e G - 2 gives the function g(yf, ), which is related to the creep function by E q .
