The authors regret that the following error was made in the original article. In the original article it was stated that the conductivity ratio kr = 622 (Line 5 of the last paragraph in the right column on page 94 and Line 4 of the second paragraph in the right column on page 102). Correspondingly it was stated that rk = 0.0016, where rk is the inverse of kr (Line 4 of the second paragraph in the right column on page 102). Owing to a coding error the results presented in the paper are

Hence, “kr = 622” in Line 5 of the last paragraph in the right column on page 94 and in Line 4 of the second paragraph in the right column on page 102 must be replaced by “kr = 1.0”, and correspondingly “rk = 0.0016” in Line 4 of the second paragraph in the right column on page 102 must be replaced by “rk = 1.0”.
