The author regrets two errors that appeared in the above-mentioned article. In Page 258, Section A.9. Everett Piano. The year in which Yamaha closed Everett Piano was 1987, not 1967. In page 262, Section A.30. Topri. The first sentence should read: Topri was set up in Peachtree City (Georgia) in 1979 by Tokyo Print Industry as a semicaptive supplier of printed wiring board to General Motors Delco Electronics Division.
