Corrigendum

Corrigendum to “Glucocorticoid inhibition of activation-induced cytidine deaminase expression in human B lymphocytes” [Mol. Cell. Endocrinol. 382 (2014) 881e887] Ann L. Benko a, Nancy J. The authors regret that, due a cloning artifact in the preparation of the standard for the g1/2-Cm switch circle transcript assay, the forward primer is incorrectly placed and the assay as published detects a m heavy chain transcript rather than the switch circle transcript described. The authors are re-designing the assay and will provide corrected data for parts of Figure 2 and Figure 3 when the experiments are completed. The error does not affect any other findings or the conclusions of the manuscript as published. Investigators should not use the g1/2-Cm switch circle transcript assay as currently described in Methods. The authors will provide amended primer/probe sequences when the revised assay is validated. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
