The author regrets that in the above article the first sentence in Section 4.1 was incorrectly printed. The correct text follows. The mobility of carbamazepine did not differ in the two soils investigated, (log K ow=2.25) (Jones et al., 2002). For the deprotonation of the NH2 group of carbamazepine, an estimated pK a of 13.9 was published by Jones et al. (2002). Furthermore, a pK ab1 can be predicted for the protonation of the amino groups of carbamazepine. Thus, under environmental conditions, carbamazepine should be present in a noncharged form.
