An incorrect graph was produced in Fig. 1b and the correct graph is shown below. The second sentence in Section 4.1 should read as: Fig. 1a–c illustrates that whereas, for example, gas accounts for only around 1% of total expenditure, it is one of the categories with the highest GHG emissions. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused to the readers of the journal.
