The correct dosage of Intorvstrin or solution d-tuboeurarine chloride, (Squibb), used by Dr. Danielsort and my,self for the relief 11. dysmenorrhea is one half to one C.C. and not 50 to 100 units or milligrams as incforrefti>stated by me. hbbotts are now making a solution Il-tubocurarine chloride of the same activity per I:.c. as the Squibb preparation, but containing Z mi!ligrams per c.17. Curare should not be given t,o anyone with weakness of the throat muscles [myasthenin and intrawnous doses larger thau 1 f n J ?h G>_v. sl!~,uld gravis), not be given Trithour apparatus available for artificial respiration.
