This change was e s p e c i a l l y observed in the p a r t of s t r i a t u m of brai n. 3.5-OH-Tryptophan d e c a r b o x y l a s e a c t i v i t y was not so changed in b r a i n . 4. Serum Zn 2+ c o n t e n t i n c r e a s e d . The herb extract was analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectromo technique, it contains 40 kinds of anabolic steroids: 5A-androstane-3A, 17B-diol; 5A- androstane 3A, 17B- diol 3acetate; 5A-androstane-17B-OL-3-one benzoate;5-androstene-3B, 17B-diol;5-androstene- 3B, 17Bdiol-3-acetate;5-androstene-3B, 17B-diol 17-benzoate;5-androstene-3B, 17B- diol diacetate; 5androstene-3B, 17B-diol diproplonate;androsterene;androsterone acetate; boldenone; boldenone undeoylenate;danazol;dehydroisoandrosterone;dehydroisoandrosterone 3-acetate;fluoxymesterone; mestanolone; methandriol; methandrlol dipropionate; methandrostenolone methyltestosterone; nandrolone; nandrolone phenylpropionate; nandrolone propionate; oxandrolone; oxymetholone s t a n o z o l o l ; t e s t o s t e r o n e ; t e s t o s t o r o n e a c e t a t e ; t e s t o s t e r o n e benzoate, etc, The e f f e c t s of steroids on rats and mice as following: giving protection against the morphological aging of the brain, liver, heart, t e s t i s , thyroid gland, kindney and adrenal cortex;improving the secretion of prostate and the amount of sperm; promoting the c e l l u l a r immunity and the phagocytes is, and also the humeral immunity; inhibiting the inflammatory reaction and the granuloma; enable quick minrocirculation and re- opening the closed c a p i l l a r i e s , and increasing in the mesenteric lymphatic spontaneous c o n t r a c t i l e frequency ; inhibiting the arthroedema; diminishing the free radical metabolite (MDA)in brain; enhancing the force and endurance of muscular contraction. The e f f i c a n c i e s of the extract in adult and aged people as following: improving sexual function and secondary sexual features and increasing in the secretion of somem, white hairs return to normal colour; hairs regrow on its lost area;skin senilmacula and verrula senili6 disappears; eliminating edema and improving nocturia; releasing from dysmenorrhea; releasing from angina pactorls; eliminating skin wrinkles; promoting the a b i l i t y of adaptation to environment and reeietance to diocese, etc.
