CD-ROM APPENDIX

G. R. CUTTERJ R , * R. J. DIAZ* and J. A. BLAKE? INTRODUCTION

THE contents of the CD-ROM Appendix are data and images of the bottom from five of the articles in this issue (see below). The CD-ROM was mastered in a format that can be read by both Macintosh and PC computers. It is organized in an hierarchical structure by folders, with data in one and images in another. To access a particular file, sequentially open folders until the file of interest appears. Data and figure captions are provided as: (.txt) ASCII text with no line breaks; (.fib) ASCII text with line breaks; (.wor) Microsoft Word; and (.wp) Word Perfect 5.1 files. Images are in TIFF format (.tif). CONTENTS
