The new Per-Fil Model PF-11 FG Sanitary Filler is ideal for dispensing a wide range of delicate food products including cooked rice, vegetables, noodles, fresh fruit chunks, caviar, potato and pasta salads, sauces, soup bases, etc. The PF-11 FG is engineered to meet the unique needs of food processors and packagers. All external components are manufactured from stainless steel or aluminum. Since there are no painted surfaces, food products cannot be contaminated by accidental paint chipping. A Nema 4 stainless steel watertight control console allows for quick and easy washdowns. The Per-Fil PF-11 FG is designed for easy, safe, and sanitary operation. ...for fresher natural flavour in soups, sauces and gravies. With less cost in labour, energy and ingredients!
Because Minor's Bases are seasoned concentrates of top grade, cooked meats, poultry and seafood, they do much of the natural flavour work in formulations that is normally the role of more expensive fresh ingredients. Avoidance of artificial colours and preservatives also help to achieve the important "clean label" consumers want to see today. Minor's Bases are stable products. They blend easily onto starch, flour, sugar and salt carriers. And they work equally well with retorted, dry blended, or refrigerated products. Per-Fit Sanitary Filler
