table clinic or poster clinic on Sat., April 28, from 9:00 am to noon. An ideal table clinic demonstrates a simple, time-saving procedure or interesting scientific phenomenon. It should be able to be shown completely in ten minutes, using models, radiographs, or projected slides. It should not require use of motion pictures, heavy equipment, patient participation, or extensive or elaborate space. No more than two clinicians may present one clinic and commercial selling of items is strictly forbidden. Poster presentations should be "miniabstracts" of a research project, technique, or any o t h e r m e t h o d . All prepared material must be visible from a distance of several feet, and typed material must be prepared on a bulletin typewriter. A SERIES OF TYPEWRITTEN SHEETS ATTACHED TO THE POSTER BOARD IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE POSTER CLINIC. Poster boards will measure 4 x 8 feet. Dr. Wolfsohn receives Alumni Medal of Honor Dr. Bertram Wolfsohn, a 1927 graduate of the dental school at the University of California, is a 1983 recipient of the alumni association's Medal of Honor, the highest award the association gives. The other recipient is Dr. E. William Ferber, a 1933 graduate of the school. Dr. Wolfsohn, a diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, is professor emeritus at the University of the Pacific dental school and clinical professor in endodontics at his alma mater. Dr. Wolfsohn was cited for his contributions as an educator and as a consultant to several institutions. AAE member Dr. John Sapone bestowed the Medal of Honor to Drs. Wolfsohn and Ferber and pronounced them each "alumnus distinctissimus" on Jan. 28, 1983. A wall at the University of California at San Francisco School of Dentistry has

been designated as a showplace for photographs of all the Medal of Honor recipients.
