The correct values are obtained by multiplying such entries in table 5 by the factor ~. This affects the discussion in 4.8 so that the value l'r~l(½ ½ ~ ~z~) ~ 54 eV is in better agreement with experiment. Slight numerical errors are also present in the values for A = 9 in table 5. The authors would like to thank Dr. E. Halbert and Dr. J. B. McGrory for pointing out the errors.
