The publisher regrets for the below error in typesetting: In the first paragraph in section ‘‘Results and discussion’’: ‘‘y We use atomic units(au) such that the unit of energy is the effective Rydberg energy Rny ¼ _2 =2mn an and the unit of length is the effective Bohr radius an ¼ _2 e=mn e2 . For GaAs, the material parameters are mn ¼ 0:067m0 and e ¼ 13:18 [9,40]. The effective Rydberg energy and Bohr radius are Rny ¼ 5:72 meV and an ffi 101 A˚ for GaAs.’’ The above mentioned error should be corrected as following: ‘‘y We consider a hydrogenic impurity located at the center of a spherical cavity, and we use the effective Rydberg energy Rny is equal to Rydberg energy Ry and effective Bohr radius an is equal to Bohr radius a0 .’’ The publisher would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
