On page 98, the second sentence incorrectly referred to the drug

rHuEpo beta instead of rHuEpo alpha. The corrected sentence: ‘‘Prompt recognition and avoidance of rHuEpo alpha, especially administration by the more immunogenic subcutaneous route, has led to fewer patients reported of this already rare disorder.’’
