In section 3 of the paper it refers to “Author A” and “Author B“. This occurs in three places in section 3; in the middle of the first paragraph, in the last line of the first paragraph and in the middle of the 2nd paragraph. “Author A” and “Author B” should not have been published. The publisher would like to apologize for this error. The instances of “Author A” should have read “Solomon, 2004” and “Author B” should have read “Solomon, 2008”.
