It contains an error on p. 83, r.h. col., 3rd line from bottom; 'Milnes (1978)' should read 'Milnes (1979)'. In the same paragraph, there is a reference to 'Heim's Mechanism of Mountain Building in 1887': this should read 1878, the work referred to (in translated title) is: Heim, A. 1878.
