EUROPEAN MEDICAL RESEARCH COUNCILS ESF RESEARCH FELLOWSHIPS IN TOXICOLOGY (PGT) (1986--1987)
The ESF Programme of Research Fellowships in Toxicology (PGT) was established as a coordinated effort to stimulate the development of toxicology in Europe. It is administered by the European Science Foundation, which is an interval, non-governmental organisation composed of 48 academies and research councils from 18 countries and located in Strasbourg (France). All grant applications are evaluated by a Toxicology Steering Committee composed of distinguished scientists nominated by the research councils of Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and the U.K. which support the programme. Research Fellowships. Duration: 2--12 months. Purposes: to conduct specific research projects and to gain experience in research methodology Short-term Visiting fellowships. Duration: up to 1 month.
