Mono simplifies payment for spares A credit card payment scheme has been launched by Mono Pumps to speed up deliveries of spare parts to customers, particularly those in the water industry. Several water companies have already issued employees with company credit cards to allow direct ordering over the phone, resulting in significant reductions in administration time and costs. This means faster processing and consequently faster delivery of Mono spares to customer sites in the UK The service is available for VISA cardholders only at the moment, although the scheme may grow to include other credit cards in the future. The scheme has been introduced as part of a broader customer service initiative which aims to provide practical responses to the demands made by customers.
