The Oberlin Automatic Pressure Filter virtually eliminates sludge from zinc and iron phosphating process tanks and unnecessary sludge cleanout of tanks while maintaining chemical stability within your phosphating tanks.
Method-319 Aerospace filter systems are now available. Paint Pockets' two-stage filtering system is available in two options. Both systems use the Paint Pocket overspray arrestor as the first stage. The final stage is available in a 4-in. pleat or a Ifi-in. bag. The system is approved for both existing and new booths.

HEPA filters provide an absolute barrier for process venting. TDC's DOP-rated filters allow air to be recirculated into the workplace. HEPA filters offer excellent efficiency of 99.97% at 0.3 micron. Filters are available in a variety of designs. Applications include powder paint systems, laboratories, automotive, and electronic manufacturing plants, where absolute rigidity is required to prevent media oscillation.
