The Journal of Criminal Justice is an international journal ~ntended to fill the present need for the dissemination of new ~nformat~on, ~deas and methods, to both pracbt~oners and academicians ~n the cnmmal justice area. The Journal is concerned with all aspects of the cnmlnal justice system ~n terms of their relabonsh~ps to each other. Although matenals are presented relating to cnme and the individual elements of the cnm~nal justice system, the emphasis of the Journal is to tie together the functioning of these elements and to illustrate the effects of their interactions.
