ANNOUNCEMENTS COURSE ON ENVIRONMENTAL MUTAGENESIS Erice (Italy)--24-3i October, 1975

An International Course on Environmental Mutagenesis will be held in Erice, near Trapani, Sicily next October. The course is directed to post-graduate students in biology and medicine interested in the genetic effects of radiation and chemicals, especially pharmaceutical drugs. Techniques and materials recently developed in testing mutagens and carcinogens will be presented and critically discussed by eminent specialists from several countries. The course will be directed by Professor F. H. SOBELS, Leiden (The Netherlands) and Professor N. LOPRIENO, Pisa (Italy). The official language will be English. The subjects of the lectures and names of the lecturers will be reported in a final announcement, to be printed in a forthcGming issue.
