Long-term corrosion protection and excellent paint adhesion properties can be given to galvanized coil stock using a treatment process from BetzDearborn. The process provides an excellent microcrystalline coating and produces a substantial reduction in sludge volume compared to competitive zinc phosphates. The Permatreat 2325 process is designed for continuous spray or immersion applications. It can be applied at a wide range of temperatures and is easy to control.
