Appealing t o the international community of professionals involved in movement therapies, this journal aims to help them clarify their individual roles, while discussing the broad range of issues that concern all these professions. The ‘international advisory board’ consists exclusively of members from the UK and the USA, with Americans predominating; they are mostly doctors and osteopaths, with no declared physiotherapists. The articles are more eclectic, however, with a clinical paper by a sports massage therapist, a podiatric perspective, Rolfing, and craniosacral therapy in one issue alone, A strong feature of this journal are the illustrations, with clear and often very detailed line drawings supplemented by photographs - all in monochrome, but nevertheless very helpful adjuncts to the articles.
