Grace’s AA Plus air-assisted airless spray gun is designed to atomize high-solids coatings at pressures up to 4,000 psi. It is suited for applying lacquers, pluralcomponent materials, and protective coatings in metalfinishing applications. The AA Plus gun is readily adaptable to existing airless- or air-assisted-airless finishing lines without major changes. It provides fine-finish quality with reduced overspray and improved effkiency. The gun is available with a standard air cap and tip or a new Reverse-A-Clean @AC) tip and guard. The RAC technology removes clogs quickly with a simple turn of the switch-tip’s handle.
