Grace’s AA Plus air-assisted airless spray gun is designed to atomize high-solids coatings at pressures up to 4,000 psi. It is suited for applying lacquers, pluralcomponent materials, and protective coatings in metalfinishing applications. The AA Plus gun is readily adaptable to existing airless- or air-assisted-airless finishing lines without major changes. It provides fine-finish quality with reduced overspray and improved effkiency. The gun is available with a standard air cap and tip or a new Reverse-A-Clean @AC) tip and guard. The RAC technology removes clogs quickly with a simple turn of the switch-tip’s handle.
PCF Group Inc. offem the Mitsuba patented Multiset tesetable high-voltage multiplier in the gun. With the Multiset resetable multiplier there is no need for operation shutdown while you send your defective multiplier to the manufactnmr for judgment on whether it should be replaced under wananty. The exclusive multiset m&table high-voltage multiplier comes built into the spray gun. Replacement is simple-Just rotate the gun barrel 90 in.

The 2100 gun incorporates several features that facilitate its mounting and set up in stationary, reciprocator, and robotic installations. This high-performance, compact, automatic gun weighs only 23 oz including its 360” mounting clamp. All fluid-wetted parts are machined from stainless steel and have Teflon packings and seals, allowing the gun to be used with the full sprectmm of industrial coatings and if necessary may be immersed in solvent during cleaning.
