Letter to the Editor INCIDENCE OF ULCERS IN CONVENTIONAL AND DISPOSABLE SOFT CONTACT LENSES Sir, We refer to a letter by Stapleton and colleagues1 regarding an earlier paper by Guillon et aF, and would like to make the following clarification. In the last part of this letter it is mentioned that 'A recently published retrospective study performed in Sweden has estimated the incidence of hospitalised cases of kerafitis only') The remaining part of the letter cold be mistaken for a discussion of the Swedish study. This is not the case. Instead, it is a continuation of the comments on the paper by Guillon et al.
