The women worked in labour spaces as is the Education, Hospitals, Municipal enterprises, beneficial enterprises to the wider Public and Private sector. Methods: The first team was 30 women in the menopause and in the second team 30 women in productive age. The statistical analysis of results became with the method SPSS (prices p<0,001 were considered statistically important). The study became with qualitative analysis of results based on questionnaire Burn-out test of Jerabek I. that was given in concrete working and natural examination of these. Results: In the particular social team of metemenopause workers was observed statistically important increase of syndrome “Burn out” concerning the population. This professional pathology is characterized by fast consumption of psychosomatic reserves and reduction of professional records. Its mainly owed to the negative consequences of chronic labour Stress in t health, but also in psychosocial factors. With result the sentimental exhaustion, the lack of professional satisfaction and depersonalization. Many times it is accompanied with enough bodily annoyances undefined origin as insomnia, tachycardia, perspirations, precardiac pain, migraines, syndrome of quick-tempered intestine, bodily lassitude with result the bodily exhaustion. There is disturbance of behavior as concern, stress, depression, pugnacity, tendency of isolation, use psychotropic substances and impact to the psychology of working women. Burn-out test Jerabek. Methods: Greek bibliography. Results: Various populations and cultures gave big importance in this. In the Mesopotamia goddess of the fertility and love was Isthar. In the Indian protectors of fertility were the twin gods Asvius, corresponding ours gods Dioskouroi. In Egypt Sekhmet, Taurt, Imhotep, Isis were the protectors of the fertility. In Cretes the fertility was protected from the serpent goddess. The ancient Romen also worship enough deities that they connect with fertility. In the Hellenic space, in the Asklipieia they granted herbage. Hippocratis in his work ”Aphorisms” is reported in the weakness of conception and sterility. At the Hippocratic years they believed that the sterility is owed in the excessive thickness which prevents the entry of sperm in the gulf. Xenofontas informs us that the women who want they acquire children will be supposed to nourish themselves mediocrely, not to drink wine or drink it diluted and to exercise. Platonas informs as that the sterility in his season was reason of divorce or emanated from the man or from the woman. In the medieval years Aetios reports that the sterility is owed in curable and incurable carcinomas. At the newer years Boursier and J. Varandal makes precious reports on infertility. Conclusions: Infertility and its treatment occupy not only the man in the other newer years but already him it puzzled from the antiquity investigating the reasons and seeking the ways of problem’s solution. Sorras 2 . 1 General Hospital of Pyrgos, Obstetric- Gynecology, Pyrgos, Greece; 2 Saint Andrew Hospital, Medicine, Patras, Greece Objectives: Purpose of this work is the study of functional thyroid disturbances coexistence with hyperlipidemia in postmenopausal women. Methods: This study included 145 postmenopausal women with hyperlipidemia which they presented clinical (81) or (64) subclinic hypothyroidism. Became determination of TSH, T 4, T 3, total cholesterol, LDL, HDL values in postmenopausal women before and afterwards 3, 6 and 12 months with thyroxin hormonal substitution. The statistical analysis of results became with the method SPSS (prices p<0,001 were considered statistically important). Results: Existed with statistically important reduction in TSH, total cholesterol, LDL and triglycerides values. Conclusions: From this work we realize that in all postmenopausal women is useful the determination of thyroidal hormones, aiming at the convenient treatment of clinic or subclinic diseases of thyroid. Sorras 2 . 1 General Hospital of Pyrgos, Obstetric- Gynecology, Pyrgos, Greece; 2 Saint Andrew Hospital, Medicine, Patras, Greece Objectives: Purpose of this work is the beneficial effect of combined estrogen replacemet therapy on the lipid profile of postmenopausal women. Methods: This study included 60 women aged 50-65 years conducted at the menopause clinic. All of them had at least 12 months of amenorrhea and increase of the gonadotropins level in the laboratory findings. In all of them the blood collection occurred in the morning. The values of HDL, LDL, HDL/LDL and triglycerides were measured. All women received 0,625mg conjugated equine estrogen for a period of three years. Blood samples were taken every three months. The statistic analysis of the results was done by SPSS (prices of p<0.05 were considered as statistically important). Results: The biochemical results showed a statistically important reduction of total cholesterol one year after the beginning of the estrogen replacement therapy. HDL was statistically important increased after the first six months of the treatment, while LDL was statistically important reduced after the first year of treatment. Triglycerides values were altered (statistically important) after the first 18 months of the treatment. Conclusions: The conjugated estrogen replacement therapy after a long period of use could have a beneficial effect on the lipid metabolism of the postmenopausal women. Methods: It was granted daily 1gr karnitine for 6 months into 30 patients and mean of age 65.23 years. The patients had good regulation of saccharum (Hba 1c 6.83%) at the beginning of treatment with karnitine while for 3 months before and all the period of study they did not modify the treatment for the SD.
