CHARACTERISTIC OF IMMUNE STATUS OF THE POPULATION LIVING IN THE TERRITORY WITH A QUICKLY CHANGING ECOLOGICAL CONDITIONS B.V.Mikhailov, S.B.Pavlov Central Scientific Research Laborator)l, Kharkov Advanced Training Institute for Doctors, Ukraine
Stress, conditioned both by change of habitual clvmatic conditions and by social-psychological factors. is on important component of the adaptation period by change of place of residence We have conducted research in condition of immunity system in the first temporal period of adaptation to the new conditios of life (2-3 months) in 300 practically healthy students of different regions of Russia entering the military-medical faculty by Siberian Medical University In persons having come from East and West Siberia. indices of cellular immunity were within norm (healthy persons of Tomsk). moderate increase of serum immunoglobulines concentration has been revealed. In students of European part of the country on the background of humoral immunity activation decrease of Tsuppressors, B-lymphocytes (aHLA-DR and CD72 ), natural killers (CDl6.) has been marked as well as more severe signs ofpsychoadaptation syndrome For purpose of improvement of adaptation and of decrease of risk of development of various diseases it is advisable to administer in these groups complex of extraimmune therapy
Aim: to find out a sequence of immune status changes in the population living in the region with a quickly changing ecological conditions. The study was performed in the region where firstly a high level of the environmental population suddenly decreased due to closed down enterprises. Immune analysis of I and II levels was studied (according to classification of R.V. Petrov) as well as the level of tissue specific antibodies and antibodies to molecular oncomarkers. It was shown that after ecological situation change the level of antibodies to molecular oncomarkers substantially decreased. A certain falling of autoantibodies to vertebral tissues level was observed. During 3 years period there were no statistically significant change in the immunologic indices of I and II levels.
IMMUNOGENIC QUESTION OF TO A REACTIVITY IN COMBINED ACTION OF HYPOKINESIA AND ANTIGEN STIMULATION G. Navasardian, S. Avetissian, T. Davtian, A. Kazarian, S Varsanian Department of Pathophysiologv, Yerevan State Medical University, Armenia The purpose of our researches was study of the lymphocyte’s blasttransformation and antibodies titer in conditions of combined action of the chronic hypokinesia and caseic overloading. Is shown that on 15ih, 45rh and 70th days of hypokinesia at rats, increase of a stimulation of the lymphocytes activity are marked. In conditions of antigen overloading decrease of a stimulation of the lymphocytes activity during all terms of research is marked. Greatest titer of antibodies is observed for 45rh days of immunization by Na-caseinat. By 70th days decrease of antibodies titer is marked. In combined action expressed decrease of a stimulation of the lymphocytes activity and decrease of antibodies titer in all terms of research is marked, down to disappearance for 70ih days.
INTERLEUKIN-1, INTERLEUKIN-6 AND TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR ACTIVITY IN THERMAL INJURED RATS J. Minic, B. Petrovic, S. Minic, T. Jovanovic Clinics for Burns, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Institute of Pathologic Physiology, Institute of Dermatology and Institute of Physiology Faculty of Medicine. University of Belgrade, 11000 Belgrade. Dr Subotica 9, Yugoslavia The aim of our study was to investigate activity of Interleukin-I (IL-I) and Interleukin-6 (IL-6) as well as level of Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha (TNFa) in injured adult, male. OA rats. Five groups of animals were thermaly injured (according to Arturson et al). Injured body surface was 20% (sublethal), and survival time from 5 minute to 72 hours. Biological activity of IL-l rises immediately after injury. IL-6 activity increase 6 hours after injury and has a statistically high significant levels all over the time. even in the longest survival group (three days after injury). The changes of citokines activity was accompanied by, statistical significant. increase of TNFa.
