PACOMESH Metal Wire Cloth We weave wire cloth in all specifications, meshes and apertures to comply with German and International standards. Our fabrication department is equipped with modern machinery to produce most items incorporating wire cloth in various metals and alloys to our customer’s specific requirements. We weave our wire cloth in rolls to particular lengths and widths up to 2,OOOmm wide and up to 2,300mm in finer wires - also cut in strips from 5mm or cut to specific shape and size. Depending on customer’s requirements we can calendar or stabilize the material, making the wire cloth absolutely flat. We can also pleat wire cloth, mainly for use in filters. We offer a complete degreasing and ultrasonic cleaning process of our wire cloth and filter elements. Filter Discs We produce Fitter Discs in any shape and form. As filter media, we use metal wire cloth, also sintered fibres, laminated wire cloth and sintered wire mesh plates. We manufacture filter discs as single or multiple layers and also pleated. The edges can be secured in various ways: spot-welding - plasma welding flanged or bound with metal. Filter

Sieve Frames Dur patented Framed System has the advantage over and above all other frames with its continuous energising of the wire mesh screen which incorporates secondary vibration to prevent clogging, thus improving efficiency. PACOMESH Metal Wire Cloth We weave wire cloth in all specifications, meshes and apertures to comply with German and International standards. Our fabrication department is equipped with modern machinery to produce most items incorporating wire cloth in various metals and alloys to our customer’s specific requirements. We weave our wire cloth in rolls to particular lengths and widths up to 2,OOOmm wide and up to 2,300mm in finer wires - also cut in strips from 5mm or cut to specific shape and size. Depending on customer’s requirements we can calendar or stabilize the material, making the wire cloth absolutely flat. We can also pleat wire cloth, mainly for use in filters. We offer a complete degreasing and ultrasonic cleaning process of our wire cloth and filter elements. Filter Discs We produce Fitter Discs in any shape and form. As filter media, we use metal wire cloth, also sintered fibres, laminated wire cloth and sintered wire mesh plates. We manufacture filter discs as single or multiple layers and also pleated. The edges can be secured in various ways: spot-welding - plasma welding flanged or bound with metal. Filter

Sieve Frames Dur patented Framed System has the advantage over and above all other frames with its continuous energising of the wire mesh screen which incorporates secondary vibration to prevent clogging, thus improving efficiency.
