Investigation and Analysis of Lung Auscultation Results in Healthy People Guoliang Liu PhD* China-Japan Friendship Hospital, Beijing, China PURPOSE: To obtain the normal healthy population of lung auscultation results distribution. METHODS: With special lung auscultation device, we performed lung auscultation and recording in 1896 health adult, respiratory specialist judgment the results in according to the auscultation recording of the lung. Lung auscultation acquisition admit the lung sound on nine parts of throat, upper left, upper right, left middle, right middle, lower left, lower right, left posterior right posterior part. RESULTS: The eligible persons were 1450, 1014 were normal in all parts of the 9 auscultation position (69.9%). There are at least 1 parts of auscultation with rales in 436 people (30.06%), at least 2 parts of rales 190 (13.10%), at least 3 parts of rales (5.58%) 81. The order from high to low of dry rales ratio as follows: upper left (13.4%), left middle and left posterior (1.4%), throat, upper right and lower left, lower right (1.2%) (1%), right posterior (0.9%); the proportion of crackles from high to low as follows: at the lower right (6.6%), left posterior (5.9%), right middle (5.8%), lower left (5.1%), right posterior (2.8%), throat (2.1%), upper right, (1.9%), upper left (0.8%); the left middle, lower right and rear left with dry rales and wet rales in 2 cases (0.1%). The difference and distribution in the Ministry rales auscultation rales auscultation showed no significant statistical distribution between the auscultation position (p>0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Rales are not rare healthy adult pulmonary, its clinical significance needs further study. CLINICAL IMPLICATIONS: 1. More sensitive lung auscultation devices would be developed. 2. Rales are not rare healthy adult pulmonary, its clinical significance needs further study.
