This text is a well written and easily understood approach to human motion. The examples are primarily directed toward physical education, however, it is the reviewer’s opinion that much of the information contained is directly applicable to other fields of Biomechanics. The sections on anatomy are particularly recommended to the reader without extensive training in the biological sciences and should serve as an excellent introduction to the anatomy of the musculoskeletal system.
