This paper presents a discussion of Nonmetric Multidimensional Sealing (NMDS), a technique for developing maps of perceptual structures. This technique converts .ueakly ordered similarities judgements into metric scaled distances. NMDS is a powerful methodology to~ attacking the problem of identifying substitutes and unique leisure activittes. Further, it allows the investigator to determine the perceptual dimensions or characterisitics which individuals use to organize their view of leisure activities.

The article points out the startling fact that the U.S. has no interantional aviation policy.
