General Economics ii01 JOI~ES,A Development of the coal mining industry in the period 1945-1972. In Czech. 2T. EKONOMICKY ZPRAVODAJ, N4,1973, PI-3 • The paper presents the historical development of the cOal industry after natlonallsation in 1945. The organlsation of five production units, their leadership and management are described. ll02 ITfYRA,E Econo~[cal evaluation of the mechanized supports with the help of the rate of profit index ard reproduction coefficient. In Czech. EKONOMICKY ZI~VODAJ, N4,1973,P67-68. This article extends the system of indices suitable for the economical evaluation of mechanized supports by the introduction of the rate of profit index and reproduction coefficient. ll03 POTIOREK, L Methodology of watching, recording end evaluating the ~employment of chosen machine equipment anl its details in the Oatrava-Karvlna district. 4T. ~ONOMICKY ZFRAVODAJ, N4,1973, P61-64. T h e methodology is the first part of a project conce~.nlng "Rational economy of chosen machine equipment in the Ostrava-Karvina district", and deters/~-~s the way of collection and working up the ini~at data of observations of machine performance with ?l~e help of the computer. Up to now this mstho6ology has been applied only to mechanized suppoJ:ts. Auth.
ilO4 HOLASEK, M Experimental control of the Jiri mine overburden opera~icn. In Czech. ~ONO>~C ~X ZPRAVODAJ, N4,1973, P35 - 36. This article is concerned with th~ realization of t h e 2~wl phase of the operational experiment of the Jiri Mine overburden control with the aid of an ARGUS 500 computer. The experiment was performed from 21.5 to 22.6. 1973 in normal work environment. In view of results, future plans of the mine were based on sound economical principles.
development. In Czech. EKONOMICKY ZPRAVODAJ, ~ , 1973, P29- 32. An effort has been made to establish factors which influence th@ development of a quarry. The past information is inconsistent and not complete and therefore of very small value to the planner of future operations whose task is to increase productivity of a quarry. A new classification has been derived which concenta'ates on the main parameters of the production, such as: geological structure of the rocks, the nature of the resources, operations, speed of advance, mechanization, time etc. It is hoped that documentation based on these facets will prOve beneficial for future tasks of a planner. 1!06 CARNEGIE INST.
