GARIB F.Yu., JABBAROVA Yu, K.,MOBDUKOVICH, A.S.,PAKHOMOVA Zh.Ye., Tashkent Medical Institute, 700048 Tashkent,Karl Marx Str.103, USSR Immunological indices were studied in women in labor and their neonates in physiological and complicated with anemia pregnancy and its combination with nephropathy. In physiological pregnancy bonds between B-, Fcy-receptor bearing lymphocytes, T-suppressors are of medium strength, they are the same between T-suppressors, Fcy-lymphocytes in anemia stage I and between Tlymphocytes. T-helpers, IgG in anemia stage II, bonds are weak between Tsuppressors, zero cells and IgG in anemia combined with nephropathy. In a pathological process aggravation in pregnant women the frequency of the altered immunological parameters (T-lymphocytes, T-helpers, zero cells) increases in neonates when corresponding impairements are present in the maternal immune system. A close relationship is revealed in functioning of maternal and fetal immune systems as well as influence of a pathological process on the character of these interrelations is disclosed. There appeares an opportunity to judge on a fetal immune status proceeding from the changes in mother. immunological interrelations; mother fetus system;pregnancy.
P 119 LYMPHOCYTE SUBSET COMPOSITION IN UNCOMPLICATED PREGNANCY
F.Yu. GARIB, D.A.MUSAKHOJAYEVA, V.I.ASHUROVA, Tashkent Medical Institute, Tashkent Branch of the USSR Institute of Immunology, USSR, Tashkent, K. Marx Str. 103, USSR Blood T-, BC3- , Fc~-, T~-suppressors, T~-helpers and antigen-binding lymphocytes (ABL) with membrane placental an£igen were studied in dynamics within each week of gestation. A confident decrease in T- and T~-lymphocytes was already found by the 5-7 week of pregnancy while an increase in Fc~-(2-fold), T~r-(l.5-fold) and ABL (l.6-fold) was noted. Later the content of the subsets mentioned above were changing in a wave-like manner reaching maximum deviations from the norm within a 14-25 week's period. T-lymphocyte, Fc~-, T ~ and ABL content decreased sharply by the 30-32 week. During a period of 34-40 weeks, T-, BC3-, T~-lymphocyte content was confidently decreased and that of Fc~-, T ~ and ABL wasenhanced. A reverse correlation dependence was revealed between T~-suppressors and T~-helpers within all the periods of pregnancy. To evaluate immunological s t a t u s i n normal pregnancy a normative material was developed for each week of a gestational period.
