Section 1 contains a series of articles. Some of these relate to copyright issues, while others look at recent developments affecting human rights, defamation and data protection. Part 2 contains a special survey looking at definitions of film, cine and audio-visual works for copyright purposes. Section 3 contains annual surveys of recent developments in copyright and the media and broadcasting. Part 4 contains a review of books. The work is well referenced and contains a broad range of analytical coverage. Its aim is to provide a broad summary of developments from contributors who are experts in their fields.
