Microdata Computers are offering a combined bubble memory and real-time clock board which can be plugged into the standard 77-way NASBUS. Capacity is 92 304 bits and the initialization routines and operating system are supplied in a 2708 EPROM. They may be relocated anywhere within the RAM area and will operate with the NAS-SYS, T2, T4 and B-Bug monitors. Organized as 144 minor loops of 641 bits each, the average access time to the first bit of

GI static ROM The Microelectronics Diyision of General Instrument has introduced a ROM designated RO-3-9333. The 32 768 bit static ROM is pin for pin compatible with Intel's 2732 EPROM and 2332 ROMs, Synertek's SY2333, and AMD's Am9233. RO-3-9333 is organized as 4096 8-bit words and is TTL compatible, features static operation and has a 450 ns maximum access time. (Tel: 01-439 1891, UK)

Micromodule for Winchesters An intelligent module for Winchester disc controllers has been developed by Microcomputer Systems Corporation. Micromodule 9000 reduces the number of chips in a complete disc controller system from about 200 to typically less than 25. Features such as error correction, data buffering, overlap seek, automatic position verification, and alternate tracks are standard in the controllers. First use of Micromodule 9000 is with the Memorex 101 Winchester disc drive for OEMs. (Te/: (408.) 733 4200, USA)
