Milanco Inc. will showcase the StayKleen paint hook in-line burn-off system, which removes paint overspray from paint hooks continuously without removing the hooks from the paint-line conveyor. As the hooks pass through the burn unit, an induction-heating coil heats the hooks to approximately 1,40O”F, causing any attached paint residue to turn to ash. A brush-off unit removes the balance of the paint residue.
