Esma Inc. offers ultrasonic cleaning systems using multitank units or single-tank automated washers. These systems feature ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic rinses, and hot-air drying. Our automated washers feature programable control enabling you to create a cleaning program based on your desired end result. For example, parts cleaned prior to plating can have a simplified program compared to parts cleaned after plating where a spot-free finish is required.

Western Sonics’ modular ultrasonic system is designed to be assembled in any configuration necessary to clean miscellaneous parts using an aqueous or semiaqueous cleaning process. Each module can function as a stand-alone unit, which does not require any external support, or an in-line system when multiple units are secured together. When the cleaning process changes or grows, modules are easily added or rearranged to meet process demands.

The MCS has been engineered for either aqueous or semiaqueous cleaning chemistries. Standard options include ultrasonics, high-volume/pressure spray under immersion, closed-loop water recycling, automated material handling, hydrocarbon separation, exhaust, fluid-receiver tanks, and baskets.
