A 47 year old man with congenital scoliosis was admitted complaining of dizziness and progressively enlarging bilateral neck swellings over 3 years. The patient had widely spaced eyes and bilateral pulsatile neck masses. Computed tomographic angiography revealed that the bilateral vertebral, carotid, and basilar arteries were distorted by multiple fusiform aneurysms, with the extracranial internal carotid artery aneurysms (ICAs) measuring (length transverse diameter) 4.2 3.0 cm on the left and 7.2 4.3 cm on the right. The patient was diagnosed with LoeyseDietz syndrome with TGFBR2 mutation. * Corresponding author. E-mail address: [email protected] (Y.-H.
