For the 9 month period ended June 30, 1976, sales were $27,313,473 compared to $25.696.122 for the same period last year. Net income was s1,357,059 versus $879,482 a year ago. Net income per share was $1.06 compared to $0.68 in 1975. For the 3 month period ended June 30, 1976, sales were $9,803,001 compared to $7.970.976 for the same period last year. Net income was $583,268 versus $91,642 a year ago. Net income per share was $0.45 compared to so.08 in 1975. The Board of Directors declared $0.08 per share payable August record on August 16, 1976.
