Because of the long delay in receipt of notices and TRANSACTIONS by overseas Fellows, it has been decided that if any Fellow wishes to receive his notices and/or TRANSACTIONS by airmail (first or second class) and is prepared to bear the expense, he should apply to the Secretaries at Manson House, 26 Portland Place, London, WlN 4EY, and he will be advised of the extra cost.
MANSON
ORATION
To perpetuate the memory of the late SIR PATRICKMANSON,the Council of the Society has established a fund, to which subscriptions are invited. The accumulated interest from this is devoted to financing a Manson Oration. The Oration should deal with some aspect of tropical medicine or hygiene and is given periodically by a recognized authority. The lecturer and the subject on which he will be invited to speak will be decided by the Council of the Society. The Manson Oration is open to all members of the medical profession and will be advertised in the general medical press, in which it may be subsequently published.

Ross Gray, Centre for Tropical Veterinary Medicine, Easter Bush, Roslin, Midlothian, in order that notices of meetings of the Scottish Branch can be sent to them.
