Immunological Diagnosis of Leptospirosis Abstract

The different techniques may be divided into three groups: 1) Screening test: Macroscopic test, Hemagglutination test, CF test ... 2) ELISA technique: a) screening test with a single antigen, or b) specific test with the antigens corresponding to all the serogroups. 3) Confirmatory test: MAT For the results, two types of errors are to be avoided: - error by minimization, - error by exaggeration.
