Notice of Plagiarism In the paper published by Drs. Hee-Kyu Kwon, Miriam Hwang and Dae-Won Yoon, ‘Frequency and severity of carpal tunnel syndrome according to level of cervical radiculopathy: Double crush syndrome?’ Clin Neurophysiology 2006;117:1256–9, there were several examples of plagiarism. Large segments of text, without citation, were taken from: Morgan G, Wilbourn AJ. Cervical radiculopathy and coexisting distal entrapment neuropathies: double-crush syndrome? Neurology 1998;50:35–9. and Richardson JK, Forman GM, Riley B. An electrophysiological exploration of the double crush hypothesis. Muscle Nerve 1999;22:71–7. The authors, who admit that this was a mistake, apologize to the readers of all three journals involved and to the plagiarized authors. The authors will be banned from publishing in Clin Neurophysiology for two years.
