On page 190, left column, 10th line from below, the sentence "This corresponds to ... error interval." should read "This corresponds to A~ -~ 9 mb and p~ (6 GeV) ~- -0.175, consistent with data [9]. Note that with (7) we should have obtained p~ (6 GeV) -~ -0.045, a value outside the experimental error interval."
