We have successfully performed a modified Allen-Spence-Hoffmann-Hall procedure for correction of distal hypospadias in 41 patients. The modified technique is easy to perform and also well tolerated. A perineal urethrostomy or cystostomy is not necessary. Our modification consists of incising both sides of the foreskin (X, Y) for a distance of 0.5 cm., which is then pulled distally to meet the
