Fizika Tverdogo Tela, Vot I0, N o 7 (1968) pp 2088-2093 A method is put forward for solving the transport equation for electrons interacting with ultrasonic phonons. The distribution function found from this solution has singularities of the delta-function type. A n expression is derived for the acoustoelectric current in the presence of beth a constant electric field and a sound field.
