Eczematoid skin eruption; thick skin; sparse hair Etiology. Unknown. A presumably affected sibling of the patient of Dubowitz died at 3 months of age Comment. The unusual facies and eczema suggest that this is a different entity than Bloom's syndrome. The eczema begins early in infancy9 Insufficient numbers of patients have been described to allow for adequate characterization of this condition and its natural course. Dull mentality is suspected REFERENCE
