The authors report: “soon afterwards, on his way home, the patient felt faint and had abdominal pain”. What were the criteria of hospital discharge of this patient soon after the colonoscopy? Did the patient have a normal blood pressure and no abdominal pain soon after the exam? The authors could clarify this point in the text. Did the authors use any antibiotic treatment after initiating conservative treatment? Did the patient need blood transfusion in any moment of the conservative treatment? Discussion section is very interesting. Anonymous reviewer.
