trigeminal neuralgia are not so effective as MVD. Majority of patients are elderly with associated co-morbidity like hypertension and stroke. The present series although small consisting of 15 patients elaborates nicely and in detail the authors experience in managing this difficult problem. Their results and outcome are also excellent which encourages other to perform MVD. I suggest to accept the paper for publication. Anonymous reviewer
